The Perfect Peel

5-acid blended peel with Glutathione, vitamins and minerals

The Perfect Peel is a revolutionary peel that will transform your skin into looking younger, healthier and clearer in just one week. The Perfect Peel can be used on all skin types and requires no pre-peel skin preparation. The process takes less than 15 minutes and is virtually pain free.

with Glutathione

The Perfect Peel founds itself on a key anti-aging ingredient never before used in a peel: Glutathione. Glutathione is the ultimate antioxidant, penetrating deep into the cellular level of the skin to fight oxidant damage and is the anti-aging answer to premature wrinkling. Our bodies naturally produce glutathione but as we age, our levels deplete due to sun exposure, air pollutants, environmental stress and the aging process itself. Glutathione is also proven to reverse melanin’s metabolism, lightening dark pigmentations.

The Perfect Peel blends glutathione, kojic acid, TCA, retinoic acid, salicylic acid, phenol, and a blend of minerals and vitamins, including vitamin C. Kojic acid is a powerful lightening agent and proven to increase collagen and elastin production, resulting in skin that is brighter and tighter. TCA, phenol and retinoic acid reduce wrinkles and correct pigment problems, while salicylic acid exfoliates the skin and reduces inflammation. Alone the ingredients are powerful, but in combination they produce results that are astonishing.

To follow The Perfect Peel, you are given an individual home treatment pack. This pack contains retinol wipes and a vitamin C moisturiser to assist the peeling process and enhance your result.

What is a Neostrata Chemical Peel?

Chemical skin peels help to create a younger, fresher look by improving the texture of your skin. They can help to reduce the signs of ageing, treat scars and blemishes and create healthier, firmer looking skin without the need for surgery.

A facial peel  could help if you have any of the following: fine lines or wrinkles, acne or acne scars, sunspots or freckles, uneven or greasy skin. The aim is to rejuvenate the face giving you smoother, softer, blemish free skin.

How does a chemical peel work?

Before and After

Chemical peels remove the top layer or layers of skin using a chemical preparation. As the new skin grows back, it is normally smoother than before and imperfections are reduced.

There are various types of chemical peel – superficial, medium and deep. They achieve different results depending on your needs and recovery times vary.

Superficial chemical peels are easy to apply and the time needed for healing is minimal, but they won’t achieve long lasting or dramatic results. Superficial peels aim to smooth and brighten the skin. They are suitable for those who don’t have time to recover from a deeper peel or don’t want any visible peeling.  These are performed at home and done weekly for 8 weeks. Medium chemical peels can achieve more noticeable and long lasting results for surface blemishes, fine lines and facial scarring, such as acne scarring. These are performed at the clinic.

Chemical peels take just 30 minutes, and you will be able to return home straight away. Depending on the type of peel you have, your will begin to notice skin changes within two to three days after the procedure, and the new smoother skin will emerge.

As with any cosmetic procedure, it is important that you review your expectations thoroughly before you decide to proceed. we will explain the results you can expect from each type of peel and will discuss the associated risks and alternatives before going ahead.
